Thank you for your review. We want Elsevier to be a great place to work for everyone. We want our employees to feel valued, and have equal opportunities, regardless of their gender identity, national origin, race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, age, or disability status. Creating a healthy culture is essential for serving the equally diverse communities we work with. Compensation is always a hot topic in any industry. We benchmark our salaries externally and we use a general benchmark to ensure we stay competitive.

Pros

Decent pay and benefits. Some really great workers.

Cons

Management is all over the place. Sexist behavior happens all the time and is reported to HR but there are never real consequences. Lack of encouragement.
