Pros

People here are very nice and the benefits are comparable to other companies, however, they are constantly being slashed so they aren't as good for new employees.

Cons

Not much faith in current management/leadership. Communication between management and employees go from micro-management to non-existent. Employees are being asked to do more (unrealistic expectations) with less resources.

Company benefits are competitive great people to work with

Unrealistic goals which change every 6-months to a year. Leadership changed so often the brand messaging is messed up. Poor customer support. Company is notorious for selling software before it is market ready
