Pros

Everyone seems nice and welcoming during the first couple of weeks....

Cons

Once you really start to get to know some of the other employees they're very rude and they don't appreciate you. Then you realize how miserable some of the people are. Never happy, always complaining.... The trainer is an absolute inconsiderate person. During my first few weeks of training she calls off and works from home on some days. When she doesn't feel like explaining anything she says "refer to the manual." After two weeks, my manger and I, realized I was given the wrong training manual from the trainer. During my second week, I asked my trainer a question on one of the tabs in the program and she immediately started yelling at me. No respect at all for the new employees. I would suggest you steer away from the Tampa Office staff. The job position is good once you learn it but a few of the staff members made it a horrible experience.
