Pros

Doing innovative work to change the way researchers do research. Moving more and more into various medical fields, through acquisition.

Cons

Changing internally a lot as Open Access publishing continues to advance. Parts of the enterprise are very hierarchical. Employees are not empowered. Technology is consolidating outside of US. Turnover is very high.
