Unappreciative of their talent and unwilling to admit their mistakes

Pros

Flexible hours and work at home options, generous with vacation, sick and personal time. Not a lot of micromanaging.

Cons

Not even close to competitive with pay. Health benefits get worse every year. Outsourcing many jobs and not backfilling people that leave voluntarily. Poor product planning and bad technology development has led to a lack of execution and created a hostile environment for both employees and customers.
