Pros

Benefits, friendly people, good culture, good work/life balance

Cons

Management, turnover, horrible talent at VP level and above, good ol' boy network in advancement, bean counting and cost cutting instead of innovation, no advancement opportunities unless you have buddies in upper management, no morale left after recent lay offs

Pros

For the most part, the people who work there are smart and dedicated and great colleagues.

Cons

Leaders and managers do not seem to value employees and do not support work-life balance. They value speed more than accuracy.
