Pros

Interesting product area, good design teams, given lots of ownership of product design and input into design process. Good people. Lots of access to users. Real commitment to being user-centred. You can learn a lot and grow as a designer.

Cons

Lack of clear tech strategy. Like many big companies things can move slowly. Too hierarchical.
