Pros

- Thirtysix hour week - Good Work / Live Balance - Parttime work for mothers possible - The holidays are sufficient in combination with ATVs - Flextime working - International work environment (colleagues from all over the world as well as customers)

Cons

- Low compensation - Insufficient budget for training - There are no career growth opportunities - The promotion process is not transparent - There is cronyism
