Pros

Elsevier offers a lot of flexibility with respect to working time and location (working from home) but this can also depend on the line manager. Working enviornment is good, people are very friendly and easy to wok with.

Cons

There is not a lot effort made on career development and growth prospects for employees. A lot of people keep working on same role and position for 10-20 years.
