Pros

Competitive Salarries, chance to evolve your skills and get experience, flexible hours. It has a good projection for the next years of operation.

Cons

Not very organized, still a very "family business" in Brazil. It should mirror the organization of Elsevier Amsterdam, for instance, which is much mora organized.

Pros

Flexible hours, central location, decent medical benefits

Cons

Uncaring senior management not taking ownership but moving issues around the larger organization leaving them unanswered regardless of numerous bottom up feedback on the need to also adjust the larger organization to support the recent re-organization. Frustrated employees due to lack of support for real issues surrounding day to day operations. Very weak HR - turnover at its peak.
