Pros

Nice people and good benefits.

Cons

Sales people end up wasting too much of their time with account service detail work that should be handled by another department.

Thank you for your contributions while you were with us. We would have loved for you to have this Sales-related issue raised with your manager, team, or HR partner while you were here. However, we're committed to ensuring our sales teams can focus on what they do best: building solid relationships and driving growth. We understand that account servicing tasks sometimes distract from core sales activities. Still, they must be done, and we’re actively working on solutions to streamline support processes.

Lack of Support and Diversity

Pros

Supportive team, modern office, and flexible remote working options.

Cons

While the company has potential, management is often unsupportive, and these concerns are not adequately addressed. There is a noticeable lack of focus on fostering an inclusive and supportive environment. Diversity seems to be overlooked, with promotions often favoring certain groups, which can create a discouraging atmosphere for non-white employees. This is not a welcoming environment for those seeking fairness and growth, especially if you value diversity and inclusion.

Thank you for your review. We need to improve some areas, and your insights are invaluable in helping us get there. We recognize that regional marketing roles are crucial to our success and that they deserve the visibility and recognition they deserve. In your position as the Field Director, we ask that you actively work with leadership to ensure that every contribution is highlighted and aligned with our broader objectives. Regarding our martech infrastructure, working on the need for a more robust digital marketing foundation includes everyone's efforts and needed investment, plus our teams evaluating solutions to support more efficient and impactful marketing efforts. We want you to feel empowered to speak up about these areas of concern. Finally, we hear you on the issue of internal politics. We’re committed to fostering a collaborative environment, which means challenging ourselves to work transparently and supportively at all levels. Thank you for helping us grow stronger.
