Time Off - In this program staff received paid time off for any day public and parochial schools are closed including snow days with the exception of summer break.

Cons

Mid-management of resources, multiple furloughs within a short period of time, staff was forced to use paid time off for these furloughs, and told they could not apply for unemployment during these furloughs. Lack of opportunities or advancement, lack of direction, minimum to no raises on a annual basis. The admin team makes up positions for their friends and no one is held accountable for their actions.
