Beautiful campus, they hire people with disabilities, and some people are really nice

Cons

Negative work atmosphere and culture. Management is on the decline. Management takes the credit for good work and blames others when their policies fail. Their decisions are not based on the best interest of the clients. No people of color are in positions above the Director's positions.

Pros

There is room for advancement if you have a bachelors degree. You can get a position in management even without much work experience.

Cons

The pay is not so good especially for how much work you have to do. You need years of experience to advance even if you able to fullfil the other requirements of a position.

Focus is not on the Consumer

Pros

Most of the front-line employees have big hearts and really care about the consumers. Cafeteria onsite. Campus is beautiful and located close to the Elwyn train station. Tuition reimbursement is decent.

Cons

Unfortunately, employees are not given the resources they need to "maximize capabilities" of the consumers they care for and at times will spend their own income on supplies. Unions are in control. English is the second language spoken here (behind all African dialects)
