The people who actually care for those in need being serviced at Elwyn.

Cons

Leadership is temperamental, immature, and cliquish. On par with maturity levels at your kids middle school. Executive teams speaks down to everyone else, and doesn’t know how to effectively communicate. It’s all who you make “allies” with.
