Pros

I was working in the French office of Emakina. The team was great and we had a lot of ressources to learn everyday and to improve our skills. Great management team inspiring us to push ourselves always a step further

Cons

Some of the juniors tend to complain a lot. It can be annoying sometimes but juniors have to learn anyway

Pros

- Nice and open atmosphere - good team (people are not only selected on their knowledge, but also their personality) - you're not really confined to your function. There is a lot of possibility to grow, including into different functions or even move office.

Cons

- a bit too much French spoken to my liking (Brussels) - sales can be a bit more active & senior
