      Pros

      Informal, friendly atmosphere and working environment. The company strives to make sure that the employees feel good at work. Flexible working hours, most up-to-date devices and lunch for fair a price.

      Cons

      Lack of clear organizational structure, processes and know-how. More senior employees and more work on the development of portfolio of clients would be welcome.
