Not bad, room for development for sure
Pros
People are generally friendly. You can learn about some private enterprise level platforms which you can't find anywhere else. You can learn and experience agile project management but it depends on the project that you are assigned. Happy hour every Friday with beer and snacks.
Cons
Limited room for self-development. Tasks are getting boring after some months. Okay salaries, it would be expected to get paid better than common agencies or companies in the area. Some transparency issues in company. Management forbids employees to share their salaries with their colleagues. Company decisions are made without feedback from anyone. Long office time, expected 9.5 hours to be at the office with 1 hour lunch time. Far away from city center, traffic issues most of the time.
