Pros

Nice place to work as long as you want a chill enviroment. Working with cms, is not as bad as it sounds. International workforce throughout company might broaden your vision. You will gain people skills thanks to meetings constantly including non-tech people.

Cons

This is an agency, so software and dev concerns are not first prio most of the time. In delivery center, you are stuck with a certain role, meaning limited window of technical career development. Decisions taken might not fit your vision as a software dev/eng.

Acquiring company pretty much forced their processes and company culture on Emakina, without really understanding the way the company was running. This lead to half the company leaving, which pretty much eliminated one of the biggest plus points of the company - the people
