Pros

Busy weekends, chill mild weekdays. The variety of guests you get to serve kept the work environment very fresh. Also, you are able to maintain friendships with tons of "regulars"- guests who travel frequently for work on a weekly, monthly or yearly basis. The bar itself was equipped with everything you'd need to make good drinks. Lots of freedom to be creative with new cocktails and to offer suggestions for new inventory.

Cons

Upper management would go through a lot of changes. Not much dialogue between the sales and upper management departments and everyone else. It felt like you worked in your own little bubble, which sometimes is good, but not so good when you need issues resolved with the assistance of other departments.
