Pros

- decent pay - easy tasks - no serving experience required - paid biweekly - access to good food once events are over - team environment - great for students and part timers

Cons

- inconsistent hours, ranging from anywhere between 6am to 1am - workload depends on how many events are scheduled, and the schedule is usually made about a week prior, so knowing when you want to be off is essential --> summer and winter months are hit or miss, there are usually less events during that time.
