      Pros

      The benefits are amazing. 4.5 weeks of PTO and hotel discounts are awesome. You have the potential to grow rapidly within the company.

      Cons

      If you never worked in hospitality before, chances are is that you have to start at the bottom and work your way up.

      Pros

      Great employee benefits. PTO starts accruing as soon as you start and you can use it after only 90 days. The employee discounts on hotels are phenomenal. Working for Hilton is great for the perks.

      Cons

      If you don't have good manager's prepare to throw away all the awesome perks because It's not worth it. People who spend alot of money feel entitled to curse at you and treat you like garbage and managers are more likely to cater to them than stand besides their employees.
