      Pros

      Constantly busy hotel makes finding business leads easy, as many come to you. Good work environment, and the GM runs a fair ship.

      Cons

      Management team cares only about making $$$. They do not care about the happiness of the team. All they see is dollar signs so if you mess with their income, expect to lose your job.

      Lots of hours, fast paced work, friendly co-workers

      Cons

      terrible management, if you don't kiss the managments butt then you loose hours, if you ask for any time off your hours get cut, if you get sick your hours get cut, if you dont volunteer for extra hours when they need someone then they will cut your hours, if you take to long cleaning suites then they cut your hours. Its just a lot of stuff to get hours cut and its a very, very, very, high stress job.
