terrible management, if you don't kiss the managments butt then you loose hours, if you ask for any time off your hours get cut, if you get sick your hours get cut, if you dont volunteer for extra hours when they need someone then they will cut your hours, if you take to long cleaning suites then they cut your hours. Its just a lot of stuff to get hours cut and its a very, very, very, high stress job.
