Pros

It is a beautiful and spacious hotel

Cons

Front desk management tends to leave the employees by themselves with lots of people needing to check in and a phone to be answered. For what the get paid they should do more than sit behind the desk.

Pros

If hotel occupancy is over 96 or 98% you get paid out by the ACT They feed you in the morning They pay overtime

Cons

Managers kinda suck Will talk behind your back Do not make friends there they will talk behind your back and wait until you get fired. NOT to be racist but if you weren't Spanish or spoke it...youre the odd man out Accounting team was a joke. They need to retire HR will not have your back. They will have emails about you for days weeks and not tell you anything.
