Pros

Hilton Honors benefits are the only pro.

Cons

Was promised 25% tips when hired. First check had NO tips added. Turns out we get 25% of the 'service charge' which is only 5% of the entire bill. The other 75% goes to cooperate (says the other banquet servers). They claim that our manager, sales, etc do not get a cut.
