      Hilton is a good company to work for. They provide a lot of education and support.

      Cons

      Hour are typical for a hotel. Working nights and weekends, and on cal 24/7.

      Pros

      There are always growth opportunities within this large organization and we are always encouraged to progress. I enjoy the incentive activities and the constantly changing trends in hospitality services.

      Cons

      Needs better compensation for hourly staff and quarterly bonus program for all managers to improve morale.

      Worsted Experience Never

      Pros

      The Health Insurance, Employee Travel Program, and Some great co workers.

      Cons

      Management leak of communication, Unprofessional behavior, never received my annual review but I got an email with my increase. No opportunity to grow if your not a part of the good old boys club. Their change policy when it benefits them, but enforces policy when it benefits the employee. I worked for the company for over a year and I would not even know who upper management is if I fell over them.
