Pros

You have a chance to meet a lot of great and wonderful people.

Cons

Pay is very low. Management doesn't care about you at all. Not enough security. Management cares more about money than their guest!

Pros

People are amazing and hours are flexible so they try to help as much as possible. Supposedly they try to promote within as much as possible too.

Cons

Not enough pay for the stress and complaints you have to deal with. Although you are empowered to "make it right", agents should be paid more.

Pros

Fast paced, great foot in the door in a hospitality industry. tons of learning opportunities. come into contact with every manager, executive, employee. have the chance to impress or un-impress them all.

Cons

Hours are terrible, especially when you are the newest person. As a FDA expect to work every weekend and every evening. Once you have moved up the schedule you can gain some more flexibility.
