Pros

The benefits are great, you receive discounts on all Hilton hotels and can stay at a luxurious hotel for very little. They are also very flexible with days off and offer PTO.

Cons

There was a constant turnover of managers and employees. They conduct a yearly review where you opinion is supposed to be valued and help improve the company but if you say anything negative your gone. Top heavy company, managers are always looking out for one another.

Pros

The only pleasant thing about this job are the cheap hotels. Rooms are about 40 bucks a night excluding black out days.

Cons

One of the worst companies I have ever worked for. They micro manage everything yet nothing gets done. All workers get treated like slaves and hard work always goes unnoticed.

I made a lot of money working there, but I never had anything to do and was punished for it.

Cons

I never had anything to do and management constantly punished me for things that were never even a little bit my responsibility.
