      Hilton discount. free lunches but awful food.

      Cons

      Horrible management, a lot of turnovers, holydays are not paid. Very Tosic place to work for. A very depressing windowless office, smelling very bad with very old smelling carpet and many people are working in one room, there are not windows, A lot of work and not enough compensation, not enough PTO or vacation. they have a very high turnover. Very depressing place. They are very Unfair, and they don't respect employee.

      Good hotel stay benefits rates Organized payroll

      Not transparent tip sharing reporting to employees and potential use of tips in banquets as a favortism ans way to keep dining room staff who dint make enough income so they guve them work in banquets and the original banquet workers suffer financially as a consequence No training on eqipment operations like the POS Etc
