      Pros

      I love working with this company. The founders are great people, very genuine and always looking for a win-win. I like their integrity. There are lots of opportunities to grow (by wearing many hats) in a small company. I feel the future is bright here.

      Pros

      The owners are very approachable and easy to work with. The compensation and benefits are better than my past employers’ packages.

      Cons

      Some of their customers are difficult to work with, but nothing too difficult. I do find communication is key when working with some of the customers.
