      Ember Education has provided me the opportunity to lead a fantastic team. There is more data to work with than any other company I have worked for, and the leadership makes decisions based on Data! We are empowered to do our jobs.

      Not enough hours in the day to get everything done. So many projects with similar due dates.

      Nepotism in HR is norm and it rises to the level of toxic, unethical and possibly worse. The positive review about HR/Talent Acquisition is from a family member of HR leadership. The rules are different for friends and relatives, and if you don't fall into one of those categories you likely won't be there long.
