Since so many people are unprofessional and bad behavior is not discouraged, you tend to feel like you are in the top 10 percent of the pop when it comes to ethics and intelligence.

Cons

Since the merger of GHI and HIP into this psychotic, toxic company, ethics and intelligence don't seem to matter.This is a company for suck ups, blamers and relatives employed by other relatives. It's really amazing how many people are incompetent or just don't care to do good work. All the good people are leaving.

I've meant great friends and built lasting relationships.

Cons

EmblemHealth rewards seniority and the kiss-asses and brown noses. There's no awards or advancement solely base on merit. So, basically disregard the notions of working hard and advancing your education.
