Pros

A very political environment too work in. Some of the coworkers are actually working towards the company's main goal, while others are a waste of space. Management isn't as involved especially in important manners.

Cons

Pay and benefits are average. Great area to take your hour lunch break, helps with clearing your mind.

Pros

Did get paid on a regular basis with basic benefits as GHI & HIP were union shops -- that is all the good I can say for them.

Cons

From the corner office to the mail room -- one idiot after another no one wanted to institute change since it was a union dealing with union accounts -- the distrust from each corner was unbearable. In addition, institutional racism, was alive and well, women of color fared better than men of color but the glass ceiling was always present and would crush you if you were a thinking human being.
