      Pros

      Great retirement benefits. Good environment for consultant that seeks to transition into Fulltime role. Great place for new project managers and professionals seeking to retire within 5 -10 yrs

      Cons

      Requires PMP for all project managers, yet does not have an adequate clear career development/promotion plan to retain talent. Seasoned project management professionals should remain with company 2 yrs max if seeking opportunity to grow career. Lack of understanding or desire to work with IT Sr Managers lead using an intimidation/approach which leads to poor morale and professional "bullying" tactics that will result in Legal action

      Do not micro manage. work 7 hours a day. Free to do your own work without hassles from the boss. Peers are friendly

      sometimes not logical, not much room for advancement because positions are set and limited. Needs more structure

      Pros

      Salary, benefits , bonuses and location.. Water St has a state of the art gym as well.

      Cons

      The EPMO dept leaves much to be desired, disfunctional at times. This comes from the lack of direction from the top (director) and effects projects. They tend to hire 95% Indian. Difficult to transfer once you are in a position right below manager.
