Benefits are being cut, there's a procedure for everything, you're micromanaged, no matter what position you take. Everything is about production....even the window washers have a set number of windows to wash per day, as do the people auditing phone calls have a set number of audits to do per day...but the quotas are ridiculous in each department (and I worked in 3). It's a miserable way to experience life.

Low salaries. Very hard to get recognized, managment promotes favoritism. Not enough recognition or drive to excel good and smart employers.
