Family atmosphere, good benefits. Small campus atmosphere.

Low pay, lots of lifers that didn’t allow for growth.

Pros

Overall, I have had a good experience working for ERAU. It definitely helps that my boss is extremely flexible, understanding and hard-working. Pros include paid time off for part time employees and full tuition reimbursement along with all major holidays and a week long winter break.

Cons

The only cons I can really think of are low pay and the health benefits are average to below average in my opinion.
