      It’s a job. Benefits are average. Retirement the best of the benefits.

      Cons

      Unsustainable growth of the student body seeking flight training. Constant hiring and shuffling of middle management due to turnover and growth. Not enough outlying airports to support the number of people flying. FOM policies that limit learning.
