ERAU - Ok but Changing Fast!

Pros

Dynamic and growing environment. High achievers in signature areas are rewarded and well paid.

Cons

ERAU is changing fast. It used to focus mostly on undergraduate education but now much focus is on research and money. And on money. University administration and the Board of Trustees has seriously eroded faculty morale in recent years by “redefining” tenure to be, in essence, a 5-yr contract.

You can generally get a teaching schedule that suited to your lifestyle

Cons

Administration only cares about getting students through the door. The great inflation is ridiculous there are no standards in the administration caves to every student demand. Absolutely no support or respect for faculty
