      Pros

      My favorite place I have worked ever. Great co-workers, fun projects, great work environment. I am a person who get's bored with repetitive work and there isn't any of that here. All co-workers are extremely knowledgeable, if you don't know the answer or need help, there is someone here who does. If you want to take time to learn a skill or software, you are allotted time to do so.

      With a variety of small and medium size clients across a host of industries and technologies you learn a lot and never get bored. Leadership gives trust and flexibility to developers to solution problems. No micromanaging present! Work Life Balance!

      This is a Software Consulting Gig, bring your A game everyday.

      Pros

      Very talented and positive team, great culture, good pay and benefits, virtually zero off hours work. Developers are able to generally able to pick there preferred technologies & design patterns when build solutions. Employees are allowed to work remotely 3 days a week.

      Cons

      Quality of tech can vary quite a bit by project. Project size is still fairly small which makes it harder to work in teams and can feel like a bit of a grind.
