      Pros

      Leadership really cares about their people, and invests in professional development. Being fully remote is nice, and flexible scheduling. You're trusted to get your work done and you have a lot of autonomy. That said there is also a very helpful support network, and everyone is always willing to answer questions. The people are great - it's nice to have co-workers who are dependable and push you to do your best work. A variety of challenging and engaging projects to work on. Highly recommend Emergent!

      Pros

      My skills and experience were really tested in the process of the interview. The interview stages were appropriately challenging, and they did a good job setting expectations for each stage.

      Cons

      The volume of applicants meant that it took them several days to respond to my assessment and resume submission, but that's to be expected in this job market.

      Pros

      The culture is fantastic. There is a genuine effort being made to make it a good place to work. The team is filled with extremely talented people who are supportive of each other and open to helping each other grow and succeed. The flexibility and autonomy given to everyone helps as well. Work/Life balance is honored and respected.
