      Pros

      Emergent is truly a great company with fantastic leadership and a wonderful remote-first culture. There is so much talent here with a wide breadth of skills and experience, and a lot of opportunity for employee growth. Often times a consulting company is 100% focused on clients, but at the expense of their employees, and that's not at all how it is here. Employees are valued and invested in, which leads to a culture of genuinely wanting to do the best job possible. The company is growing quickly but has stuck to their core values.

      Great People Who Do Great Work

      Pros

      The talent at Emergent is unbelievable. People do everything with thought, excellence and good intentions. This is nice because you can really rely on your co-workers. Makes you really proud to be apart of the team. Everyone is so nice and helpful as well. C-Suite is willing jump in and help in anyway they can. Nothing is beneath them. Flexible work schedule is nice. Remote first attitude is great as you don't feel like an outsider as a remote employee. 401k match. Nice equipment sent to you.

      Amazing company! Great for moms/parents.

      Pros

      As a mom/parent, this is a GREAT place to work! The culture, work-life balance, and benefits are great. Leadership asks for (and listens to) employee feedback/ideas, and they have a high-level of integrity. Growth opportunity because it's a growing company!
