Constant in-hand cash everyday Making people's experience a lovely one Occasionally waiting on celebs & well-known stars You develop excellent people skills Meeting people from all arounds the world

Pros

Worked with great co-workers and management. Extremely high standards that must be met every shift. In depth knowledge of every ingredient and item on the menu is a must. Good money as well.

Cons

Working dinner shifts was great. However, working lunch shifts always seemed like a waste of time as only one team usually makes any money. Overall, working lunches was just part of the gig.

Pros

It was a pleasure to work with great co-workers and management. They have high standards and expect everyone to do their part. Have in depth knowledge of every item on the menu and at least a basic understanding about some wines. Attention to detail is a must.

Cons

The only bad thing is having to work lunches. A lot of times that seems like a waste of time. Usually only one team would actually make money.
