      Pros

      Surrounded by good, quality people. Chefs are approachable and understanding. Where Chefs see potential they will push to make you better, Can be aggravating but worth it overall. Having work experience at Emeril's will open doors.

      Some times you just have to bite your tongue, choke it back and bear it. But that is universal isn't it?

      Absolutely nothing besides if you like to spend $1000

      Cons

      Management does drugs in the back office Since the reopening emeril has been going down hill. Wouldn’t be surprised if he closed all restaurants in one year.
