Homebase - Good Ol Boy Network & Not Innovative

Pros

I enjoyed working with a world-renowned chef and company at Emeril's Homebase. The restaurant team members were great to work with. The food was excellent!

Cons

Emeril's Homebase when I was there had a solid good ol boy network. The company had not transitioned well into the digital age, and resources were outdated. At one restaurant, we had to change the voicemail recording by cassette TAPE. The culture was also based on fear.
