Pros

Great benefits, and new president is trying to make things more transparent and data driven. Free tuition, though it can be hard to get into the classes you want.

Cons

Going through reorganization / restructuring with new president. Sometimes uncertainty makes people uneasy.

Pros

An on-the-rise school that's attracting smart faculty, staff and students. The facilities are fantastic, the equipment is all top-notch, and there's a real desire on the part of almost everyone to do good work. A realistic approach toward learning is also excellent -- this isn't a research institution; it's a place where people learn how to get stuff done.

Cons

Nothing beyond the same issues you encounter at any higher-ed position. It's not a utopia, but it's certainly not bad either.
