      Pros

      Some of the nicest people you'll meet in your life. The team is a real team, the leaders know exactly what they're doing.

      Cons

      Marketing runs the company. That is the worst possible decision they could make. Marketing is about the now and the current - Emerson didn't get to where it is this way

      Emerson Electric was a fair and reasonable place to work.

      Global leader in many manufacturing areas with far reaching resources and opportunities. Working conditions and benefits package are very competitive.

      Cons

      Sheer size of the company can make seemingly simple requests take much too long to complete due to the approval process.
