      -More free time -Nice office

      Cons

      -More free time (can’t utilize my skills) -RTO days from 2… to 4 per week -Power tripped/micromanaged by the lead -Not much projects, yet expect a lot from you -Received feedback like “You’re a dev, not an encoder” yet continued to give me ad hoc tasks instead of dev projects -It’s sad because the company is really good :(
