Pros

Emerson has been very helpful in building my personal and professional career. In my time with them I have grown exponentially through the programs they offer. I have utilized their tuition reimbursement and was able to move into an engineering role because of it. I can honestly say if it weren't for Emerson I don't know where I would be today. The people who type work for Emerson are always great. From upper management to the assembly line I always feel like we are one big family.

Cons

The downside of Emerson is they offer more middle of the rode when it comes to salaries. Although lately this seems to be improving.
