Pros
1. Challenging domain to work in. You get to learn about SW Development Life Cycle, as well as the physics involved in the product as the products are highly complicated. 2. Supporting staff and the teams have good balance of Senior Junior. 3. Have lots of fun activities (at least once a year) like Sports, Team Outings, etc. 4. Highly open culture, less politics. You can discuss with your manager about any issue you may have.
Cons
1. The work is hectic sometimes. 2. The pay is somewhat less compared to the complexity of the work. 3. The domain may not be very lucrative and may not attract young talents. 4. Promotions are very slow.
