Pros

Overtime compensation, competitive salary offering, competitive benefits, extensive training opportunities both internal and through external vendors. Colleagues generally have a good attitude. Attention given to work and life balance, and having fun regularly with BBQ, borrels, and other events. Upward mobility if you are interested in it. Nice recognition and development plans available, and the company is always improving. The tools to get your job done are generally provided.

Cons

Complex global organization that can sometimes be difficult to navigate to find the right people you need. Work processes are regularly being redefined and adjusted, which can cause some communication troubles, but mostly these are improving in the right direction.
